Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Moka’s Raifus LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Don’t ask us to violate the NFA for you, we won’t. State tax is charged to Indiana residents. Moka’s Raifus LLC does not ship outside of the 50 United States.

How we grade surplus parts/magazines/kits etc. 

Condition standards for Antique/Surplus (as defined by the NRA) FACTORY NEW (NOS) – all original parts, 100% original finish, in perfect condition in every respect inside and out. EXCELLENT – all original parts. over 80% original finish, sharp lettering of numerals and designs on metal and wood, unmarred wood, fine bore. VERY GOOD – all original parts, none to 30% original finish, original metal surfaces smooth with all edges sharp, clear lettering, numerals and designs on metal, wood slightly scratched or bruised, bore disregarded. GOOD – some minor replacement parts, metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in some places, cleaned or reblued, principal lettering, numerals and designs on metal legible, wood refinished, scratched, bruised, or minor cracks repaired, in good working order. FAIR – some major parts replaced, minor replacement parts may be required, metal rusted, may be lightly pitted all over, vigorously cleaned or reblued, rounded edges of metal and wood, principal lettering, numerals and design on metal partly obliterated, wood scratched, bruised, cracked or repaired where broken, in fair working order or can be easily repaired and placed in working order. POOR – major and minor parts replaced, major replacement parts required, and extensive restoration needed, metal deeply pitted, principal lettering, numerals and design obliterated, wood badly scratched, bruised, cracked or broken, mechanically inoperative, generally undesirable as a collector’s item. Poor condition items are generally considered gunsmith special and are not eligible for returns. TRENCH ART – items will have stickers, carvings of pictures, or writing of names, initials, numbers, towns, etc. no condition stated but items will be serviceable. RACK NUMBERED – any rack numbered magazine may be in very good to new old stock condition unless otherwise stated on the listing.

    • Moka’s Raifus LLC does recognize home rule laws. If you live in a home rule town and wish to order magazines please send an email to [email protected] with a copy of your local home rule exemption.

Any and all special requests, order cancellations, on hold verification, or changes to orders, etc., must be done from the email associated with your purchase. Any other communication from another email or over the phone will not be accepted.
Firearm and NFA Orders
By placing a firearm order through Mokas Raifus LLC, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, that you are legally allowed to purchase firearms in that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereas purchasing and possession of firearms by you may be deemed illegal, you are not entering in any kind of activity that may be viewed illegal by any federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and that you are not committing any act of felony (Straw Sale, etc.). All firearm purchases must be shipped to a federal firearm license holder (FFL). If you do not hold a FFL, you must make arrangements with a FFL local to you to receive and transfer the firearm to you. We will not fill out paperwork requested by your FFL, it is up to you to fill it out and email it to us prior to shipment if it’s required. All required paperwork and background checks must be done by your local FFL holder before transferring the firearm/s to you. Mokas Raifus LLC does not take any responsibility or liability for any complications arising from the federally mandated background checks or other issues with your FFL dealer. We will not contact FFL dealers to arrange transfers or request paperwork. We will NOT email your FFL to request a copy. If they require a request from us, please forward them the on hold/order confirmation email as our official request for their FFL copy to be emailed to us at [email protected]. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR LINKS FROM FFLS.COM OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE AS PROOF OF A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE. Some of the firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the state and/or city in which you reside. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any item being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a firearm you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order. Mokas Raifus LLC is not responsible for orders placed for illegal items in your area and all returns due to this will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a $25 fee per item. Firearm orders that are canceled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee per item on top of the 5% cancellation fee. This fee does not pertain to layaway orders as there are no refunds on layaway orders. Firearms that are returned by your local FFL due to failed background checks or any other complications will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the $25 per item fee and original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. All transfer arrangements are between you the customer and your dealer we are not responsible for arranging or negotiating transfers. Mokas Raifus will ship the firearm to the dealer you chose unless we email you otherwise. Any complications that may arise with your FFL transfer dealer after the shipment has left our facility is the customers responsibility since you chose the dealer and Mokas Raifus has no affiliation with the dealer. By placing the order, you agree that you will not attempt to back charge or ask for other compensation on problems experienced with your FFL transfer. By placing an order for a Firearms and choosing a credit card payment option you acknowledge that the order will ship to your chosen FFL transfer dealer and not your billing address. The FFL will not be the same as your credit card billing address and you waive the right and ability to post a credit card charge back due to any issues or complications with your transfer. You will not need to provide proof of billing per our on hold policy for firearm purchases. Please inspect your firearm at the FFL dealer before processing the transfer. If there is a problem, please leave it at the dealer and contact us via email with the details so we can assist. No returns or exchanges will be processed on any firearm after the transfer. The firearm manufacturer should be contacted directly regarding any technical questions or warranty issues. If you need contact information for the manufacture this is normally located in the owner manual if not please feel free to email us at [email protected] for contact info. We do ship to C&R (Curio and Relic) FFL on qualifying firearms. Please email prior to purchasing with a C&R (03 FFL) to verify eligibility of current stock at  [email protected]. A valid phone number must be provided with firearm and NFA orders.
Pinning Service
We will pin most new production magazines and some surplus magazines to 10 rounds for ban states. The cost per magazine for pinning is $8. If you order multiple magazines, you must add a pinning service for each magazine. Please email prior to purchasing at [email protected]. Pinning service may add an additional 3-5 business days to complete your order. If your order needs to be canceled, it will be cancelled per the policy outlined below. The pinning service fee is non refundable. If you do not email prior to purchasing, you will be responsible for any cancellation fees if the magazine is not able to be pinned. Pinned magazines are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hand Select and Special Requests Policy
We offer two hand selects for products on the site. Parts kits are $25 per kit. All other products are $5 per product. Hand selects for parts kits can include but are not limited to: year, trench art/special markings, lighter/darker wood furniture, etc. Hand selects for other products can include but are not limited to: trench art/special markings, color matching, lighter/darker in color, etc. If you place an order with a special request and did not also purchase hand select, we cannot guarantee your request. Hand select fees are non refundable.
On Hold Orders Policy
Due to the nation wide spike in fraudulent credit card transactions and chargebacks, Moka’s Raifus has enacted a new policy that the shipping and billing information must match. You should receive an email that says “Your Moka’s Raifus  Order (insert order number) is on hold” with instructions on how to process your order and your order details. We can either ship the order to the billing address provided at checkout or your provided shipping address with proof of the billing address. We do ask you respond to the on hold email with your choice of how you’d like to process your order directly to [email protected], no other method of submission is accepted. If you choose to begin a separate email, be sure to include your order number within the subject or the email text. You must contact us from the email you used with your purchase. No other communication from another email will be accepted. On hold orders cannot be processed over the phone, via call or text message. If no response is received within 10 days of the original purchase day, your order may be canceled and refunded per the cancelation policy. If you choose to cancel your order, it will be cancelled per the cancellation policy noted below. After the correct information is submitted via email, your order will then be moved to processing to ship, which is 1-3 business days, excluding large product drops, on hold orders, orders with address errors/flagged addresses, parts kits, sales, weekends, and holidays. Do not message our social media accounts in an attempt to process your order from on hold as it will not be accepted. If you order flags for on hold for ANY reason, we reserve the right to request proof of billing to prove the order is not fraudulent. If you refuse to provide proof of billing, your order will be cancelled per the policy. Billing addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed for any reason. Glock parts kits must ship to the billing address the order is placed with. These will not ship to any other address for any reason.
Layaway Policy
Our layaway program is only available for select products. It is a total of 3 payments. The first is 50% down, as a non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The second is 25% of the remaining balance in 14 days. The third is the remaining balance paid 28 days after initial purchase. The initial payment is made at checkout and the remaining two payments are paid through an invoice that is emailed to you. You will have to pay the invoice when it is sent to you as we do not store card information to automatically charge the card the order was placed with. If you wish to pay your layaway order ahead of time, you must have an account with us prior to the initial payment and be logged in at the time of purchase or create one with the same email you purchased with and email us to link the order to the account. Layaway terms are agreed to upon checkout, no exceptions. Orders will NOT ship until they are paid in full. If you order other items with a layaway product, they will not ship until the layaway is paid off even if they are not on layaway. If you fail to complete your layaway order all funds will be used as store credit for a future purchase and you will not be eligible for any future layaway orders. Store credit must be used in full on one order within a year of the original purchase date. Any store credit not used in full will not be refunded or be eligible for use on a future purchase. Layaway orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Policy
All parts kits and any purchase at or above $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Please verify your shipping and billing address prior to submitting your order as they cannot be changed without proper identification (same identification as used for on hold orders). If your address is incorrect, you must email [email protected] immediately as sometimes orders are processed on the same day. We cannot update your address after shipping. You are responsible for entering your correct billing and shipping address and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you (the customer) requests to hold/delay shipment of an order, it is not eligible for cancellation/refunds for any reason prior to shipment. If an order is held for shipment, we will only accept returns/exchanges for defective products only. No other return requests will be accepted. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and be in the original condition it was sent to you in. Photos must be provided with the return request. Requests to hold shipment can only be done via email the order was placed with. No other method will be accepted. Processing times for orders are 1-3 business days, excluding large product drops, on hold orders, orders with address errors/flagged addresses, parts kits, sales, weekends, and holidays. We ship USPS & UPS. All shipping charges are to be paid by the end user unless otherwise specified. Flat rate shipping comes with $100 insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased prior to shipment, if desired. If your order is returned to sender (Mokas Raifus LLC), you will be responsible for paying shipping again to receive your original order. If the shipping cost is more than the flat rate, you will be charged the exact amount. We will reach out via email ([email protected]) if we receive your order back. If we do not receive a response within 10 days, your order will be processed as a return and there will be a 15% restocking fee. We will not reship orders after the 10 days. Mokas Raifus LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If the customer believes the package to be stolen or lost, they must contact us, and we will submit an insurance claim. If your item was damaged during shipping, WE will submit an insurance claim with the mail carrier with proof of damaged item/box. Please email proof of damage of the product and box to [email protected]. Mokas Raifus LLC does not ship any products outside of the United States. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
The end user has an inspection period of 7 days to verify all goods were received correctly and undamaged. If there is a shortage on your order or you received an incorrect product you will need to send us an email at [email protected]. All products being returned or exchanged must be in the original condition they were mailed to you in. Magazine fitment may vary with each firearm. We do not warranty or exchange magazines with fitment issues with your rifle due to the variety of specs rifles are made to. Chalk rifle grenades, ammo, anything labeled as poor condition, and pinned magazines are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. If you (the customer) requests to hold/delay shipment of an order, it is not eligible for cancellation/refunds for any reason prior to shipment. If an order is held for shipment, we will only accept returns/exchanges for defective products only. No other return requests will be accepted. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and be in the original condition it was sent to you in. Photos must be provided with the return request. Requests to hold shipment can only be done via email the order was placed with. No other method will be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, firearms will have a $25 fee on top of the restocking fee. Return items/orders must be approved via email prior to being shipped back. Please contact us at [email protected] with your contact info, photos of what you received, reason for return, and your order number. We will review all the information submitted and will contact you about the return approval and RMA#. An RMA# will be assigned by us and must be written on the box by the label. We will refuse any returns that have not been authorized prior to being shipped back and do not have an RMA# written on the box. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received back and inspected. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery has been made. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise discussed prior to us issuing the RMA# for the return. If we provide you with a return label, you must use the specified box on the return label, or the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be dropped off at the post office within 3 business days of dated return label. If the return is not dropped off within 3 business days, the label will be cancelled, and the product(s) will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. If we provide you with a label for an exchange only the product discussed will be accepted. If the incorrect product is received and/or you choose to process it for a return (instead of an exchange), the shipping label price plus 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Hand select fees and shipping fees are non refundable. We do not retroactively apply any sale discounts or price changes to orders placed (and delivered) prior to the sale beginning or price change.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done before the item/order is shipped (items are considered shipped once a label is printed) and with the email that was provided upon checkout for order communications. Layaway orders and orders held for shipment are not eligible for cancellation. Cancellations can only be done via email; no other method will be accepted. In the event that an order or item from an order is cancelled, 5% of the order will be charged to cover credit card fees. Firearm and NFA orders have an additional $25 cancellation fee per item. This includes end user negligence in reading the terms and conditions and policies. If you (the customer) requests to hold/delay shipment of an order, it is not eligible for cancellation/refunds for any reason prior to shipment. If an order is held for shipment, we will only accept returns/exchanges for defective products only. No other return requests will be accepted. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and be in the original condition it was sent to you in. Photos must be provided with the return request. Requests to hold shipment can only be done via email the order was placed with. No other method will be accepted. We do not retroactively apply any sale discounts or price changes to orders placed (and delivered) prior to the sale beginning or price change. No Exceptions.
Consignment
We do offer consignment of firearms, parts kits, and other uncommon items. There is a 20% fee that will be deducted from the sale price of the item. Any shipping costs that are above our standard $10/$35 flat rate will also be deducted. We will have your item for a maximum of one month unless otherwise specified. If it does not sell within that time period, there will be a $25 fee and exact shipping cost will charge for the return.
Limitation of Liability
Moka’s Raifus LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Moka’s Raifus LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mokas Raifus LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Moka’s Raifus LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mokas Raifus LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moka’s Raifus LLC, its officers, directors, employees, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site.
