Mokas Raifus “Bosnian” Chalk Rifle Grenade

Product Description

Original Yugoslavian trainer rifle grenades have become increasingly hard to come by lately, so we came up with a fun solution! The “Bosnian” Chalk Rifle Grenade uses our patent pending 22mm 6061-T6 Universal Body, disposable tail fins, and chalk filled head. The Bosnian must be fired from a 22mm grenade spigot or rifle equipped to fire rifle grenades. A non-corrosive PPU 7.62x39mm blank is supplied with each “Bosnian” Chalk Rifle Grenade and refill shot. The “Bosnian” variant was copied from a deactivated grenade we got our hands on. There isn’t much information available online about these so I would assume it was a homegrown variant similar to the FDL, single and double rib AK magazines.

The current batch are not painted but future batches will have a sticker in place of the painted design.

We have also included a range chart in each box for Yugo SKS/M70 rifles. The range chart uses the existing grenade ladder sight but has a different distance due to the difference in blanks. The target we use when testing/ranging is 4×3 and for the further distance shots we wouldn’t recommend anything smaller than that. When aiming the chalk rifle grenade, you should line up the v notch of the sight leaf with the tip of the grenade and your target. There is an example in the instruction pamphlet provided in each box.

Bosnian Chalk Rifle Grenade Range Chart:
110 on the ladder sight is equivalent to 160 feet
175 on the ladder sight is equivalent to 325 feet
240 on the ladder sight is equivalent to 425 feet

These are completely inert and rely on impact velocity to disperse the chalk load. For best results we recommend using a hard surface like solid wood, concrete or a metal target. Do not shoot this at your buddy, treat these with the same respect as firing live ammunition. Our chalk rifle grenades are only rated for the provided blanks; we do not guarantee anything with any other blanks. Bosnian chalk heads are a ONE time use only! The fins may be reused if they survive but we provide a new one with each chalk head purchased. DO NOT shoot an intact “Bosnian” after landing/impact, however the aluminum base is reusable and compatible with our other chalk rifle grenade variants. We are not responsible for damage to firearms not designed to fire rifle grenades.

If you have never purchased any Chalk Rifle Grenades, you will need the 22mm Universal Body which can be found in either the Chalk Rifle Grenade or Starter Pack. The 22mm Universal Body is compatible with Bosnian, Dictator, M60, M68, M31 and MA/AT52.
